
ALSYMEX Program managers are responsible for:
- the company commitments in terms of performances, lead-time and quality;
- contract and programmes reviews and meetings;
- management of interfaces with customer, partners and sub-contractors;
- documentation;
- risk management;
- financial follow-up.
They are supported by:
- technical and Engineering managers in charge of all Design & Engineering works;
- production managers leading manufacturing teams: industrial methods, quality, supply chain, workshops.
